Arabana Wadlhu Ngurrku-Ku (Healthy Country) - The WNK - Our Visionary Plan

The revised Arabana Healthy Country Plan (HCP), now renamed the Arabana Wadlhu Ngurrku-Ku (WNK), is the overarching visionary plan for the Arabana Aboriginal Corporation.

Developed through extensive engagement with Elders and community, the WNK sets out a 10-year direction grounded in Arabana knowledge, values, and priorities. It guides all aspects of AAC’s work across Country, community, and governance, ensuring that everything we do is culturally informed, community-led, and aligned with our responsibilities to Ularaka and Arabana wadlhu.

The WNK replaces the former Healthy Country Plan and now serves as the foundational document that all strategic and operational planning flows from.

We’re working hard on this project, and while we’re still gathering all the details, we’re excited to share what’s coming soon. Thank you for your patience and support as we keep moving forward together. Stay tuned for more updates – we look forward to sharing this journey with you all.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and play. We recognise the cultural, spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual and economic connection to their lands, water, flora, and fauna. We honour and pay respects to all elders; past, present, and emerging, as well as all generations of people now and into the future, for they hold the memories and the future.
