All Arabana People (described below) are invited to attend a Native Title Information Session in relation to the following native title determinations: SAD 6025/1998 and SAD 38/2013.

Please note that because this information session has been scheduled to follow a mediation process with BHP, it may be cancelled or postponed depending on the outcome of the mediation. Please check the AAC website and Facebook page prior to the information session for updates.
This community session is being held to hear an update on the negotiations with BHP for an Indigenous Land Use Agreement about BHP’s operations on the Arabana native title determination area following a mediation with BHP in October 2026.
Please note, no vote will be taken on the day on any agreement. This is an information session only.
