Updated AAC Rulebook Now Available

The new and updated consolidated Rulebook for the Arabana Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is now available on our website for download! This updated version includes the endorsed changes from our SGM in May.

For those who prefer a hard copy, you can also drop by Arabana House to pick one up.

We encourage all members to review the Rulebook to stay informed about the updated governance and operational guidelines for our Corporation.

The Rulebook is the constitution for the Arabana Aboriginal Corporation and will be reviewed regularly, including at our annual SGMs. We’ve listened to all the comments and suggestions from the last SGM and have noted those to be included in the next review as well as any ORIC recommendations. We’ll also announce the date for our next SGM in 2026 in due course, where members will have the opportunity to provide further feedback and contribute to the continued development of our Corporation’s governance.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and play. We recognise the cultural, spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual and economic connection to their lands, water, flora, and fauna. We honour and pay respects to all elders; past, present, and emerging, as well as all generations of people now and into the future, for they hold the memories and the future.
