Arabana Artist Expression of Interest

AAC invites Expressions of Interest from Arabana artists for distinct art opportunities throughout the year. Artists may apply for one or more opportunities as they become available.


We are calling for Arabana Artists for the below projects:


Project: Arabana Warli Art Procurement – Accommodation & Shared Spaces

We are seeking original artworks by Arabana artists that reflect Arabana places of cultural and environmental significance (e.g., mound springs, Finniss Springs, Stuart Creek, Painted Hills, Kati Thanda). These pieces will form part of the interior fit-out of Arabana Warli, our new short-stay accommodation facility in Marree.


Project: Arabana T-Shirt Artwork Design

We are seeking original, culturally appropriate designs by Arabana artists for a special range of community T-shirts. These shirts will not be staff uniforms but unique pieces celebrating Arabana culture, heritage, and identity. Designs should reflect Arabana Country, heritage, and identity.
