Community Information Day at Arabana House – Your Chance to Learn More About Arabana Warli, Workshops, Casual Work and More!

Arru! We know there’s a lot of excitement and questions from the community about the new Arabana Warli (house), and we want to give you the chance to come along and get all the information you need.

Join us for a Community Information Day on Tuesday, 15 April, from 12pm to 2pm at Arabana House in Port Augusta. It’s going to be a relaxed and welcoming event where we’ll have some light lunch, a cuppa, and plenty of time for you to ask questions and find out more.

We’ll have a few of the team there, ready to chat about the Arabana Warli project, what it will mean for the community, and what’s next in the development process. You’ll also have the chance to hear about how you can sign up for casual heritage and environment work, as well as member assistance payments. We’ll also have information on the various workshops and projects we’re working on throughout the year.

This is also a fantastic opportunity to meet Tash and Cath, our new admin staff, who will be on hand to help answer any questions.

So if you're curious about Arabana Warli, want to learn more about the community initiatives we’re running, or just want to drop by for a friendly chat and some lunch, we’d love to see you there.

See you next Tuesday! Let’s come together, have a yarn, and share in the excitement of everything happening in our community.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and play. We recognise the cultural, spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual and economic connection to their lands, water, flora, and fauna. We honour and pay respects to all elders; past, present, and emerging, as well as all generations of people now and into the future, for they hold the memories and the future.
