Director Nominations for the 2025 AGM have now closed.

We have received 13 Director Nominations for this year's AGM.

***PLEASE NOTE NEW PROCESS FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS***

Under rule 7.4.3 Nominating to become a director

a.

Nominations to be elected as a director must be submitted in writing to the Corporation no later than seven days (7 days) prior to the general meeting and state the reasons for nomination.

b.

If there are insufficient written nominations to fill the maximum number of available director positions, nominations will be accepted from members attending the general meeting.

Director nominations must be received no later than close of business 7 November 2025.

Proxies

You may appoint a member as a proxy to attend and vote for you however the proxy form must be completed and received at the registered office of the Corporation no later than 10 am (SA Time) 13 November 2025.
