POSTPONED: SGM 22 February 2025

Dear AAC members, Before Christmas the Corporation asked ORIC to review proposed changes to the AAC Rulebook in preparation for the SGM as a matter of due diligence.

Due to the Christmas break and closures, the Corporation has only recently received ORIC’s response. Unfortunately, this has caused a timing issue with the required SGM notice periods.

The Board would like the opportunity to consider the ORIC response fully prior to taking the final proposed changes to community. Due to this and the tight timeframes with the required notice period for an SGM, we are postponing the SGM and will provide you with an updated save the date as soon as possible.
