At Arabana Aboriginal Corporation, we’re embarking on an exciting journey to shape a strategic plan that truly reflects the heart of our community — our Country, Culture, and People.
Recently, our board members gathered in Adelaide alongside Indigenous Workforce Consulting’s Brendan Littlechild and Arthur Konstad to continue this important work after our initial Operational Workshop. Guided by powerful stories, reflections, and a shared vision, we are developing a plan that is deeply grounded in Arabana values and aspirations for the future.
The alignment workshop was an inspiring day filled with laughter, open conversations, and a strong sense of purpose with board members sharing insights on the importance of our heritage, culture, and the path forward for Arabana people.
This gathering was a powerful reminder of our collective commitment to building a future that holds our traditions and goals close. We are grateful to everyone who contributed, including our friends at in. Studio + Cafe for welcoming us into such a warm space.
We look forward to sharing more updates as this strategic plan takes shape, representing the spirit and resilience of Arabana people.
