4WD Training and Risk Management: Ranger Skills to Navigate Country

Some of our Arabana Rangers recently took part in a 4WD training course. This is important for making sure our team is ready for whatever challenges come up when they’re out in the remote parts of our Arabana Country.
Having 4WD skills is vital for our Rangers. Whether they're checking on wildlife, looking after the land, or making sure cultural sites are safe, sometimes they have to travel through tough and rugged country. This training gives them the tools and confidence to handle those tough spots and travel safely on the land.

This training is another important step in helping our Rangers keep doing the vital work they do for Arabana Country: looking after the land, protecting the environment, and caring for our culture. With these new skills, they’re ready for anything that comes their way.
