Arru.

We invite you to attend tomorrow's BHP Copper SA Community Information Session.

This is a great opportunity for Indigenous community members to come along, have a yarn, and find out more about what’s available through BHP.

On the day, there will be a few key teams available to chat with:

Employment pathways – ideal for senior students, school leavers, or anyone thinking about a career change. Opportunities include traineeships in business administration, laboratory work, plant operations, processing, trades, and both above and below ground roles.

Procurement team – a great chance for small businesses, contractors, and Indigenous businesses to connect directly with BHP and learn how to become a supplier.

Community grants team – get support and advice on how to apply for funding, talk through your ideas, and understand the process.

This session is really about connecting, asking questions, and getting support, whether it’s for jobs, business opportunities, or community projects.

Event Details:

Central Oval, 10 Augusta Road, Port Augusta

Tuesday 31 March

4:00pm – 6:00pm

For any questions, please contact Lachlan Kay – 0432 542 086.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live, work, and play. We recognise the cultural, spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual and economic connection to their lands, water, flora, and fauna. We honour and pay respects to all elders; past, present, and emerging, as well as all generations of people now and into the future, for they hold the memories and the future.
